You can return items if they are faulty. They are different from what you ordered. All products are handmade and may exhibit slight variations from the images displayed on the product page. The difference is not considered defective. A return window of 7 days from the date of delivery will be considered.

Non-returnable items: Washed or soiled items. Consumable products (bath and beauty). Custom made products.

Products must be: In original condition with bills, tags, labels, etc. Unsoiled and in original form. In intact brand packaging. Replacement depends on product availability.
